In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, orders can be cancelled from the Order Details screen.  Cancelling an order will mark the order as cancelled in the order system, refund any applicable payments made on the order, and notify the customer of the order cancellation*.

* customer notifications of cancelled orders is available for location subscribed to our SMS Notifications feature.

To cancel an order:

  1. In the Orders screen, select the order to be cancelled
  2. Click Cancel Order
  3. The Cancel Order? window will appear.  If your location is subscribed to our SMS Notifications feature, a Guest Message field will show allowing you to set the message to be sent to the customer advising them of the cancellation.
  4. Click Cancel Order
