Only users with the Users - Full Access security permission at the company level are able to add new users and make changes to a user's profile. Please refer to the Security Permissions article to view all available security permissions. 

If you have proper permission and would like to edit a user, click on the desired user's name, which will redirect you to the following screen. At the top right corner of your screen, click on the Edit User button.

You can then edit the user's First Name and Last Name, and Security Role(s).

Note: You will not be able to make changes to the email address used to create the user's profile. Instead of changing the email address, please create a new user with the correct email address, and contact Ready Support to delete the user with the wrong email address.
