Digital Menu Configuration Management (1256)

For locations that use our Digital Menu feature (this is the flat image or website iFrame), updates to menus needed to be submitted to Ready Support in order to update existing menus with new ones.  We have updated our Location Settings page in the Ready Dashboard so that restaurants can now update their digital menus!

Removed Forced Service Charge Banner (3102)

For locations configured with a forced service charge, a message stating "Service charges applied in lieu of gratuity" message would appear to guests:

To support use cases where service charges may not be in lieu of gratuity but placed with the additional option of gratuity, this messaging has been removed.  For locations that wish to display verbiage regarding the service charge, we recommend utilizing the checkout announcements messaging to provide this messaging.  For example:

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where items with an assigned effective date (new in the 8 February 2022 release) that are setup as a recommended item on another product would result in the item appearing in the recommended items list even if the current date/time is outside the effective date range. (3055)
  • Fixed an issue where the mobile ordering menu header (location logo, Menu / Pay tab) would remain collapsed an inaccessible when scrolling back up on iOS devices. (3144)
