Auth0 applied a workaround to the networking issues seen by their cloud provider. Auth0 environment is operating normally at this time. Ready has not identified issues in our services after our latest update.

Auth0 reported at 19:25 UTC that US-1 and US-2 regions are still experiencing degraded service and Auth0 working to mitigate this and apologize for the impact this is having on users. Please note that guests will not be able to place orders through Ready.

Auth0 is still investigating the elevated error rate. The issue impacts customers intermittently, and the status page for this particular Auth0 incident can be accessed through https://status.auth0.com/

Auth0 (user authentication service) reported an elevated error rate at 18:45 UTC causing Ready Dashboard not to be accessible by users. We will provide updates as soon as the Auth0 service status is updated.
