To edit a security role:

  1. Click on the security role in the Security Roles screen
  2. Click Edit Role
  3. The Edit Security Role screen will appear.  Fill in the following information:
    1. Security Role Name: Name for the security role.  This field is mandatory.
    2. Description: A description for the security role.  This description appears in the security roles listing screen.  This field is optional.
    3. Company Level Permissions: Listing of all available company level permissions.  Check which applicable permission(s) are to be enabled for the security role.
    4. Location Level Permissions: Listing of all available location level permissions.  Check which applicable permission(s) are to be enabled for the security role.
  4. To save changes to the security role, click Save Changes.  Otherwise, click Cancel to back out.
