To edit a security role:
- Click on the security role in the Security Roles screen
- Click Edit Role
- The Edit Security Role screen will appear. Fill in the following information:
- Security Role Name: Name for the security role. This field is mandatory.
- Description: A description for the security role. This description appears in the security roles listing screen. This field is optional.
- Company Level Permissions: Listing of all available company level permissions. Check which applicable permission(s) are to be enabled for the security role.
- Location Level Permissions: Listing of all available location level permissions. Check which applicable permission(s) are to be enabled for the security role.
- To save changes to the security role, click Save Changes. Otherwise, click Cancel to back out.
