Modifier Group Assigning
As modifier groups are attached to menu items, when a menu item is assigned to a location, the modifier group is also assigned to the location.
If the item is unassigned, the modifier will be unassigned as well.
Modifiers inside Modifier groups
A modifier must be assigned to a location, or it will not appear inside the modifier group in a location.
For example, imagine we have an Item "Burger" with a modifier group "fries". Inside the fries group is "julienne" and "crinkle cut".
If the "Burger" item is assigned to a location, the "fries" will also be assigned. However, the fries will not display on the customer's menu, as neither of the modifiers are assigned, and do not display in the location.
Assigning "Julienne" to the location will then load "Julienne" into the "Fries" modifier group on the location. "Crinkle cut" will still not display in the modifier group on the location, as it is not assigned.
