Make sure you're only accepting orders during times your business is open.
Ready admins can now control their own ordering hours inside of Dashboard.
Security
To use this feature, the user must have on of two security settings applied to their role in Dashboard.
- Company Level Permissions - [Location Settings - Order Settings] with this security setting enabled the user will be able to manage the mobile order settings at any location.
- Location Level Permissions - [Location Settings - Order Settings] with this security setting enabled the user will be able to manage the mobile order settings for assigned locations only.
Workflow
To access the Order Hours schedule, go to Location Settings > Order Settings
Here you can see your current mobile order hours availability and your current prep time, which prevents orders from coming in too close to close.
To change the your schedule, select Edit in the top right corner of the screen, make your adjustments and then Save Changes.
Currently, Ready does not support a concept of 'exception' days in relation to order hours. If you are adjusting your schedule for a Holiday or special event. You will need to make the change the week of the event for the appropriate day of the week and then revert that change the following week.
