Auth0 has reported that their system performance has returned to normal.
As Ready Dashboard access also appears to be stable, Ready Dashboard users should not have issues to currently access Ready Dashboard, and guests are now able to place orders through Ready.
Auth0 reported reduced error rates due to a mitigating action taken by Auth0 Engineering team. Auth0 Engineering team is continuing to discuss additional actions to restore service fully.
Ready Dashboard users may still experience issues accessing Ready Dashboard and guests are unable to place orders until Auth0 authentication service issue is resolved.

Auth0 (user authentication service) saw a spike in load resulting in elevated response times. Users may have experienced errors or login timeouts. Auth0 service levels are back to normal however Auth0 is still investigating.

The issue may cause Ready Dashboard to load slower than usual; however, all Ready Dashboard features are functioning properly. We will provide updates as soon as the Auth0 service status is updated.
