When the U/A icon is displayed beside an alcoholic drink (with alcohol tracking enabled, see article Items & Mods: Configuring an Item), guest will not be able to order those drinks as it indicates that Alcohol Sales is currently disabled.
For locations using the smart menu (read only menu configured in Ready Dashboard > Menu Builder), guests will not be able to order any items on the menu but can still view the U/A icon if Alcohol Sales is currently disabled.
In order to allow guests to order alcoholic drinks and/or remove the U/A icon for guests, go to Ready Dashboard (admin.readypay.co), click Orders, select the location in which U/A is displayed, click on the Ordering is On/Off dropdown, and turn ON alcohol sales.
